This lovely vintage Danish sterling silver brooch is signed Denmark, SKP, Sterling. The pin is a modernist design of a leaf with applied stem and leaf veins. The foundation of the leaf is lightly hammered. The size is 2 1/4'' x 1 1/4''. Condition is excellent with patina.

This beautiful vintage 1950's sterling silver brooch is signed V. D. Sterling. The V. D. stands for a wonderful jewelry designer named Van Dell. The brooch pin features large oval moonstone cab garnished with small blue topaz stones. Van Dell is noted for very quality high end jewelry some set with semi-precious gemstones. Each stone is prong set and backed with a very wonderful open work scrolling design. The brooch is in near mint condition and a very lovely translucent look which is created by the wonderful large moonstone gemstones. This brooch is a fine work of art and is 2 inches in size.
