Native American Indian Turquoise Silver Feather Earrings

This pair of sterling silver turquoise feather earrings are signed .925 on the post backs but nothing on the feathers. Though not signed they are silver and handmade by the Native Americans in Northern Michigan. The earrings are very well designed with all the feather details and topped with a small real turquoise bead. Designed for pierced ears the earrings are about 1 1/4" in length. Condition is excellent with some patina.

Handmade Native American Indian Earrings

Large signed .925 sterling silver handmade Native American Indian hoop earrings. Found in Northern Michigan, where there is a very large and old Indian reservation. The design is the same front and back. The way that you can tell the the earrings are hand made is by the way the finding are made and the actual designs that were hand applied. Each is a punched diamond shape and even though the diamonds are similar they are slightly different. The silver is old and been very well worn as the feel of the silver just melts into your touch. There is much patina. The earrings are 1 3/4'' across and may have been worn by a brave or squaw. This is an awesome old set with lots of history.
