Italian .925 Sterling Heart Pendant Chain Necklace

The large puffy heart pendant is not glass. I am not a gemologist but, I do know a few things about gemstones verses glass. Under 10x magnification there are no air bubbles. Glass under magnification does display air bubbles. The heart pendant is highly polished and very translucent burnished orange brown. It may be a carnelian but I cannot say for sure. The heart is 7/8" x 3/4" in size.
